Attendance Policy

Nikki Warrington Flute and Singing Teacher Huddersfield is open most weeks of the year except for 2 weeks at Christmas and 2 weeks in summer and will be shut on all bank holiday Mondays.
Nikki Warrington Flute and Singing Teacher York is open in term time only plus a couple of weeks in the summer holiday.
By agreeing a mutually convenient time and day in the week, that slot is reserved for you for every week the studio is open.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are chargeable in full.
Lessons can be re-arranged within the same week via the Login page on the website if there is a slot available.
It is expected that every regular student attends a minimum of 35 lessons a year, to keep their slot.
Ad hoc students can book a slot via the website but there is no guarantee there will be slots available every week.
Lessons can be taken every week the studio is open or just term time only.
In cases of illness, (if you have covid symptoms please do not attend your lesson), or bad weather the lesson can be moved online.
Lessons missed by the teacher will not be charged for.
All dates the studio is closed, will be found on your portal via the website or on the noticeboard in the studio.
To cease lessons, a month’s notice is required. Whether you choose to take the lessons or not within the notice period.
